Please be aware that some dental insurance companies offer many different plans and we may participate with one of them and not another. Please feel free to consult with our front office staff regarding your dental plan.

Also please keep in mind that your dental insurance plan is an agreement between you or your employer and your dental insurance carrier. We will always do our best to explain your dental insurance benefits for the treatment that has been recommended. However, it is important that you know that the final financial responsibility is yours.

Our In-House Dental Discount Plans (NEW!)

We now offer In-House Dental Discount Plans. Our plans are designed to make dental care affordable for our patients with no dental insurance. Please call our office to learn which plan suits your dental needs.

Payment Options

If you do not have dental insurance, full payment is due at the time of service.

For your convenience we offer the following methods of payment: cash, credit, debit and check. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.

Appointments


If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We welcome new patients and emergency appointments are available.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
